Jill Lackey, Principal
Jill Lackey has over 25 years of comprehensive program development and operational experience in all aspects of Human Resources including talent management, employee relations, strategic staffing and coaching. She has expertise in designing processes and programs that support and align talent with business strategy; planning Human Resources initiatives that lead to greater employee engagement; and enhancing organizational cultures to strengthen mission, vision, and values. Jill is a client-focused business partner and team player committed to achieving results through collaboration and commitment to excellence.
Jill is the owner of Talent Development Solutions, a leadership and organizational development consulting firm dedicated to guiding individuals and organizations to define and fulfill their vision and purpose by providing coaching, leadership and organizational development and team development services.
Jill is also affiliated with CareNet of the Triad, where she serves as an independent coach and consultant for their Professional Services Division.
Previously, Jill was with The Edmunds Group, a consulting firm, where she was responsible for Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives. She also provided individual and team coaching and designed and facilitated leadership development training programs.
Jill also served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for GMAC Insurance for eleven years. In this capacity, she managed company recruitment and selection, compensation, employee relations, and training and organizational development.
Jill earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Business from East Carolina University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is a graduate of Corporate CoachU and holds the Professional Certified Coach designation (PCC) through the International Coach Federation where she also serves as an ACC exam assessor. Jill currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Congregational Health.
